This weekend's recap is a lively one because this weekend was very lively itself! However, most of these images are iPhone pictures, so don't stress the grainy-ness! ;)
Friday night was spent at home finishing up some much-needed editing and homework that had been on my to-do list forever. These kinds of days are always a must!
Saturday had an early rise so I could be in Richmond by 10am for our boudoir sessions with our lovely girls! We had so much fun and we ended up loving the house that we rented for the day for the sessions!! Too bad it is up for sale, but check it out - how gorgeous is it?!
Sunday was a fun one because I got to spend it with loving friends down in Richmond as well! It was INTERN FUN DAY!! AHH!!! I had been waiting for this day for. ever.
We started the day by parallel parking in Richmond - always fun!! Yay Nikki!!
Nikki, Holly, Kathryn, and I spent the day roaming Richmond's treasures and it was just what I needed. We started the day of at Stella's for some pretty amazing brunch if I must say.
After brunch, we made our way to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts! Wow - that is all I can say. To see how inspiring other artist have grown and made this industry how it is.. it was astonishing. Plus, they have a pretty amazing floral exhibit going on so you seriously need to check it out!!
Next, we stopped by a lovely church across the street. Spontaneity is always acceptable so we wandered right on in and I was amazed by the beautiful stained - glass. If you don't know by know, stained - glass is my thing. It is so gorgeous. Plus, this church had the most beautiful organ!!
After we left, we headed on to The Urban FarmHouse for some cappuccinos and hot cocoa! This was by far the most amazing dark chocolate hot cocoa.
To end off the day, Nikki, Holly, and I got mani - pedi's at a cute little nail salon! I LOVE my color - it fits me so well!! Light pink and classy.
Oh, AND I finally got me one of these amazing, cute bottles!! Ahh!! I'm going to use it for everything.
How was your weekend? I would love to hear about it in the comments!!
Nikki got me the most adorable magnet from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts as well! What a sweetheart!! Now I can start my magnet collection for my future fridge!
